Bob has been in the inspection business for 25 years, in construction for 32 years and managing businesses for 45 years. Having grown up in his fathers Pontiac dealership had spent time managing all departments and overseeing the expansion of his dealership including the new construction of the facilities. Bob has managed service facilities for many dealerships and there expansion. He became involved with construction while working for an Cal-West investment firm that helped businesses with the construction of new facilities and the remodeling of existing properties. In 1991 he turned his focus on becoming a Licenced General contractor and then his property inspection business. He has performed over 10,000 inspections in his career and has specialized in commercial inspections and new construction. Through his work in the auto industry he learned to communicate with clients and how to satisfy there needs. Bob is a great communicator and can explain the technical aspects of the inspection in terms a buyer can understand.
